• My View
This story is perhaps a wakeup call to all husbands and wives who facehard times in their lives. Marital relationships are not always bedsof roses, but it all lies in how you take the person. No person isperfect, and it’s these imperfections that make the life synced toperfection. Preeti Shenoy has beautifully portrayed how a woman canstill be herself, even after she is left with literally nothing toexpect from life.
This is a story of Nisha, who, one fine day finds that her world istotally upside down when her husband walks out of her life withanother woman, leaving her and their two kids behind. Nisha iscompletely broken and has no clue how to take life forward. At thatpoint, she doesn’t realise that Samir’s leaving her is going to makeher realise her strength.
The rest of the story deals with the hardships she face to keep lifegoing smooth for her and the children. She also meets an old friendwho turns to be her greatest supporter in the later phases.
A gripping story, a story where at many points you would wonder howyou would handle such a situation, had it been you.
Life takes you through tough phases, but true love never fails toreach you, is what the story talks about. Be positive, for nothingelse matters when you’re not yet ready to quit.
